Manish Munot, currently the Chief Executive Officer of SCEPL, is a seasoned leader in the construction and infrastructure sector, known for transforming complex visions into high impact, sustainable developments. With a career spanning over 32 years, he has held key leadership and technical roles across some of India’s most respected organizations. He began his professional journey at ArcelorMittal as a management trainee, where he built a strong foundation in project management. He later advanced to VINCI SA (France), contributing to large scale residential and commercial developments and earning recognition for his precision driven approach. His tenure at Hyundai E&C further strengthened his expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and end to end project delivery. Across these roles, he has led multidisciplinary teams, overseen high value construction projects, and championed a culture of quality, transparency, and innovation. Today, as the CEO of SCEPL, he brings together his technical depth, operational clarity, and people centric leadership to drive the company’s mission of delivering premium, future ready infrastructure. His vision is rooted in sincerity, long term value creation, and building communities that stand the test of time.
